Private equity firm Multiples Alternate Asset Management Pvt. Ltd has exited its debut investment by selling its entire stake in Sara Sae Pvt. Ltd, a manufacturer of hi-tech drilling equipment for land and jack-up rigs and other equipment used for oil well drilling. It sold its 46% stake in the Dehradun-based firm to private equity firm KKR-owned oil and gas asset management services platform Joulon. Separately, Joulon also pumped in some fresh money to buy shares of Sara Sae, thereby picking a majority stake in the private firm.
