ChrysCapital takes out principal investment from Karur Vysya Bank

Home-grown private equity firm ChrysCapital, which raised its seventh fund last month, has sold another chunk of its shares in one of its financial services portfolio firm. ChrysCap that has made bets across a dozen financial services companies including Au Financiers, City Union Bank, Federal Bank, Magma Fincorp, National Stock Exchange and South Indian Bank has been looking to harvest its gains from some of them while adding to its exposure in others.
