Core Diagnostics raises $12 mn from Eight Roads Ventures, others

Core Diagnostics Pvt Ltd, which provides specialised diagnostics services, said it has raised $12 million (Rs 82 crore) from private equity firm Eight Roads Ventures and US-based F-Prime Capital Partners.

IFC invests $65.8 mn in Apollo Health & Lifestyle

International Finance Corporation (IFC) has invested Rs 450 crore ($65.8 million) in Apollo Health & Lifestyle Ltd (AHLL) in return for a 29.03% stake, the company informed stock exchanges. 

The investment values the firm at Rs 1,550 crore.

Indegene acquires US-based Encima Group
